You can also aquire special services for extreme sports (link1), long-stay students (link2), to protect your trip in case of cancellation due to an unexpected situation (link3) or if you have a preexisting or chronic condition (link4). \"We recommed that you read carefully the benefits that each product has; they limit the service's scope when facing any unexpected situation while traveling." Our conventional products include: emergency health and care services, prescription drugs, medical assistance in case of accident, accute illnesses contracted (not chronic or preexisting). General Terms If my call is answered by a Spanish answering machine, what do I do? Celeste Travel Care relies on different health care centres around America, including a regional one in Florida (USA). It is likely that your call will be answered by an English-speaking answering machine due to local regulations (in our main regional centre). If so, PLEASE DO NOT END THE CALL, as soon as the answering machine finishes you will be redirected to our attention centre and a member of our team will assist you. What do I do if the operator states that the assistance call is collect? Celeste Travel Care is aware of the fact that in different countries and hotels different conditions may apply and you may be charged when you make a call asking for assistance. Please, if possible continue with the call, Celeste Travel Care will directly cover the expenses. Otherwise, you can pay the call and after returning to your country of origin Tarjeta Celeste will proceed to the call reimbursement.
Our hotel has a health centre, can I use it if necessary? In Celeste Travel Care we struggle to give our clients the best attention possible. Even if you prefer to be assisted in your hotel room, for comfort or just because you prefer, it is okay for us.
